Our hours are Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm, and we're closed Sundays. If you call outside those hours or on a Sunday, leave a voicemail and we'll call you back first thing the next business day. You can also send the form above; submissions outside business hours get a reply when we open.
Do I need to show ID before you unlock my door or car?+
Yes, and it's for your protection. We require valid identification and proof of ownership or residency before any lockout service. For a home, a driver's license matching the address, a lease agreement, or a utility bill works. For a vehicle, we accept registration, title, or insurance documents.
